All About Our Wholesale Program!

Welcome to Oh You're Lovely's wholesale program and congratulations on taking your business to the next level! Whether you are just starting off in your business adventure or you are a seasoned pro, we look forward to helping you with your growth!

Our goal is not only to provide you with high quality products, but also to be a resource on how to navigate entrepreneurship and your special niche in the sola wood flower world.

The first topic we want to chat about is how to get your hands on these beautiful flowers and products! 

Here are a few quick tips about our website:

  • In order to see product pricing, you need to be logged in at www.solawoodflowerswholesale.com. Please note - if you also have a retail account with us (thank you!), be sure to use the login information you provided when creating your wholesale account as retail is separate.

  • You can search products by category (use the drop down from the "Shop" menu) or by entering the specific flower or product name in the search bar (located at the top right of the website).

  • You can also sort the products a few different ways - alphabetically, best sellers, price and by how recently they were added to the site.

  • If you have any questions at all while navigating the wholesale website, please email wholesale@ohyourelovely.com and we would be happy to help!

Is there an order minimum?

We do have an order minimum of $100 per order. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 in the contiguous USA.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship our wholesale orders in 3-5 business days. If you have not received a shipping notification by the 6th business day after your order, please email wholesale@ohyourelovely.com for an update.

How do I place an order?

In order to place a wholesale order with us, you will need to have had your wholesale application approved. If you set up an account directly on this site without having completed an application and receiving an approval email, it does not mean you have a wholesale account. We manually review each and every wholesale application to ensure we have all of the information needed!

How long does it take to set up an account?

We do our best to respond back to wholesale applications within 3-5 business days of receiving them.  

Do you have a rewards program for the wholesale site?

Yes, we do! After your wholesale application has been approved and you have activated your account (you will receive an email about how to activate it), you will be able to log in to the wholesale website where you are automatically entered into our wholesale rewards program! For more information on the ways to earn points, redeem points and the VIP levels, click on the pink "Wholesale Points" button in the lower right corner of the site.
